摘要
目的 :观察中药益肺Ⅳ号治疗肺动脉高压的作用。方法 :采用常压间断低氧法复制低氧性肺动脉高压 (HPH)大鼠模型。同时采用中药益肺Ⅳ号大小剂量进行治疗 ,并以川芎嗪及蒸馏水作对照。以右心导管法检测肺动脉压力 ,并测定右心室与左心室加室间隔重量之比 (R/L +S)作为右心室肥厚指标。结果 :低氧 2周大鼠肺动脉平均压升高到 3 5 8± 0 0 9kPa (P <0 0 1) ,用益肺Ⅳ号小剂量组治疗后下降到 2 48± 0 14kPa (P <0 0 1) ,大剂量组下降到 2 2 6± 0 10kPa (P <0 0 1)。低氧 2周后大鼠右心肥室厚指标 (R/L +S)上升到 0 317±0 0 10 (P <0 0 1)。益肺Ⅳ号小剂量组治疗后 ,使其回复到 0 2 5 4± 0 0 12 (P <0 0 1) ,大剂量组回复到 0 2 49±0 0 10 (P <0 0 1)。结果表明 ,益肺Ⅳ号具有降低HPH大鼠肺动脉高压和减轻右心室肥厚的作用。
The model of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension were made by hypoxia environment under normal atmospheric pressure.We chose Yifei Ⅳ to treat and Ligustrazine and distilled water as controls.We measured pulmonary arterial pressure by right cardiac catheterization and the proportion of right ventricular fold weight to the weight of left ventricular fold and interventricular to observe the prevention and treatment effect of Yifei Ⅳ on hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.Results:After two weeks in hypoxia environment,the mean pulmonary aterial pressure (mPAP)raised from 2 34±0 12kPa(normal control group) to 3 58±0 09kPa( P <0 01);after Yifei Ⅳ treating,mPAP lowered to 2 48±0 14kPa(small dosage group, P <0 01),2 26±0 10kPa(big dosage group, P <0 01);after Yifei Ⅳ treating,R/L+S lowered to 0 254±0 012(small dosage group, P <0 01),0 249±0 01(big dosage group, P <0 01).The results showed Yifei Ⅳ has good effect on lowering pulmonary arterial pressure and alleviating right ventricular hypertrophy of HPH rats.
