摘要
作者同步观察白花前胡石油醚提取物（ＱＦ－３）对犬急性低氧性肺动脉高压血流动力学和血气的影响。结果，ＱＦ－３能减少低氧引起的肺血管阻力增加，降低低氧引起的肺动脉压升高，能使心搏量、混合静脉血氧分压和氧运搬量增加。提示，白花前胡在降低肺动脉压、肺血管阻力的同时还能改善心脏功能和组织氧化，有可能用于肺动脉高压的防治。
e observed synchronously the effects of petroleum ether extract of
peucedanum praeruptorumdunn (Baihua Qianhu )(QF-3)on hemodynamics and blood gases in
dogs during hypoxic pulmonary hy-pertension,It was found that after QF-3 infusion,the elevated
pulmonary arterial pressure and totalpulmonary resistance were significantly decreased, The
decreased partial oxygen pressure in mixed ve-nous blood and the decreased oxygen transport
were significantly increased ,whereas the systemic bloodpressure fell slightly.The cardiac
output and dRVP/dt were significantly increased.These results sug-gested that QF-3 might be
useful in patients with vasoconstrictive pulmonary hypertension。
