摘要
模锻工艺与模具设计是一个经验积累和知识集成的过程。为实现优化设计的目标,利用知识工程的理论,综合开放性知识库、知识管理系统以及基于知识逻辑推理技术的支持,以Unigraphics NX为开发平台,采用混合开发模式,建立基于知识的模锻设计系统。从而有效地利用已有的知识和经验,提高设计过程的自动化程度和效率,扩展系统的应用范围与稳定性。
Die forging process and the corresponding tool design are a process of experience accumulation and knowledge integration.Based on the theory of knowledge engineering,with the support of open knowledge base,knowledge management system and knowledge-based reasoning,a knowledge-based system aiming at forging process and tool design was built.The system was developed based on Unigraphics NX platform using mixed mode.With friendly access to the existing knowledge and experience during the process design and tool design,the efficiency,application and stability of the system can be highly improved.
