摘要
针对当前热模锻曲轴模具设计过程的复杂性、重复性和数据处理冗杂性以及模具设计和工艺分析相互脱离的缺点,提出了基于KBE的模具设计自动化系统的研究与开发。通过UG/API二次开发平台,结合Access数据库知识和VC++编译工具,利用KBE的知识表达和推理技术,构建系统核心知识库(材料库和模具结构库),实现系统关键技术。以具体型号曲轴的模具设计为例,验证了整个研发过程的合理性和系统的实用性。
Aimed at drawbacks of traditional crank design, such as complicacy, repeatability, large number of data processing and the division between mould designing and process makings, the research and development of auto-designing system for cranks was proposed based on KBE. Through the second development platform of UG/API, combined with theory of Access database and VC++ tool, the knowledge expression and reasoning, the key-knowledge base was built and the key-technology was made true. Taking the crank with some type as the example of designing, the rationality and practicality of the system was proved.
