摘要
针对涡轮叶片精铸模具设计过程中存在的设计周期过长、专家知识重用率不高、智能化程度不高等问题,提出将知识工程引入涡轮叶片精铸模具设计领域,构建基于知识的精铸模具智能化设计系统,在此基础上,重点研究了智能设计系统中相关关键技术。应用结果表明,该系统能有效地对专家知识进行继承利用,提高模具设计效率和质量。
In order to solve the problems in the turbo blade investment casting die design process, such as long design time, lower utilization of expert experience and lower level of intelligence, the knowledge engineering is introduced in the turbo blade investment casting die design, and an intelligent knowledge-based investment casting die design system is developed and the key technologies of the system are researched. The practical application results indicate that this system can reuse the expert experience efficiently and improve the efficiency and quality of die design.
