摘要
针对目前锻模知识普遍缺乏有效的归纳和整理,且知识和经验的重用和共享性较差的现象,提出了对于锻模设计具有重要意义的锻模知识网络化管理的思想。通过以网络技术和数据库技术为支撑工具,以运行在J2EE应用服务器上的OpenLaszlo平台为软件开发环境,采用XML语言作为数据交换的标准,开发出通过客户端浏览器显示的人机交互界面,实现了锻模知识的表示、获取以及知识的一致性和完整性维护的功能,并建立了支持锻模设计的知识管理系统平台。同时阐述了知识管理对锻模设计的重要性,提出KBE环境下锻模知识管理系统的网络化体系架构,讨论了网络化KBE系统的开发原则。通过实例运行,验证了该系统的可读性和可扩展性。
Aimed at the shortage of effective induction and arrange in forging die knowledge, and the relative poorness of reuse and share in knowledge and experience, the thought of networks management about forging die knowledge which has important meaning for forging die designing is put forward. The network technology and the database technology are used as a propping tool, the openLaszlo flat which is running at the J2EE server is taken as software developing environment, the XML language is taken as a data exchanging criteria, the interaction interface between man and machine which displays by the client browser is developed, the function of knowledge expression, acquisition and maintenance about consistency and integrity is realized, and a knowledge management system flat to support the forging die design is established. At the same time, the importance of knowledge management in forging die design is elaborated, the networks infrastructure based on KBE is put forword, and the developing standard about networks KBE is discussed. At last, the readability and extendibility of this method is validated by examples.
