切开复位内固定治疗肱骨近端三、四部分骨折合并肩关节脱位 被引量：6

摘要 [目的]探讨切开复位内固定治疗肱骨近端3、4部分骨折合并肩关节脱位的适应证和疗效。[方法]2003年7月～2010年6月,采用切开复位内固定治疗肱骨近端3、4部分骨折合并肩关节脱位14例,根据术中探查肱骨头的缺血情况分为两组:肱骨头有关节囊附着,肱骨头松质骨骨折面有动脉性渗血,即有血供组6例;肱骨头无明显软组织附着,肱骨头松质骨骨折面无动脉性渗血,即无血供组8例。[结果]有血供组中出现肱骨头坏死1例,Constant-Murley评分平均为80.3,无血供组中出现肱骨头坏死5例,Constant-Murley评分平均为48.5。[结论]对肱骨头有血供的肱骨近端3、4部分骨折合并肩关节脱位采用切开复位内固定治疗可获得较好的疗效。
