摘要
目的评价肱骨近端锁定钢板结合植骨治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法对64例肱骨近端骨折的老年患者,实行肱骨近端骨折切开复位锁定钢板固定植骨术并观察其疗效。结果 64例患者随访15月以上,骨折均愈合,相关并发症少,其功能按Neer评分判定:优50例,良7例,可5例,差2例,优良率89%。结论应用肱骨近端锁定钢板结合植骨治疗老年肱骨近端骨折有利于骨折复位、愈合、早期功能锻炼,并发症少,是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的理想方法。
Objective To observe the clinical value of using the locking plate internal fixation and bone grafted to treat the proximal humerus fracture in the aged patients. Methods Using the locking plate internal fixation and bone grafted to treat the proximal humerus fracture in the aged patients （64 cases were admitted） and observing the clinic effect. Results All cases were followed up more than 15 months and got bone union with few complications. On the basis of Neer score,50 cases were excellent, 7 good,5 fair,and 2 poor. The excellent to good rate was 89%. Conclusion Using the locking plate internal fixation and bone grafted to treat the proximal humerus fracture in the aged patients is good for the reduction of fracture and bone union,early function exercise,while has few complications. It is a ideal method to treat the proximal humerus fracture in aged patients.
