摘要
煤层气是一种洁净能源,煤层气产业是我国在十二五期间重点鼓励发展的产业之一,但煤层气在产业化开发过程中却遇到了许多困难和阻力。文章在简述我国煤层气资源开发现状的基础上,分析了影响其产业化开发的主要因素,并从管理体制、技术创新、资源精度勘探、制定优惠政策等方面提出了煤层气产业化开发的对策。
Coal bed gas is a kind of clean energy.CBM industry is one of the key encouraged and developed industries during the twelfth five-year Plan Period,but there are many difficulties and obstacles in the development process of CBM industrialization.This paper briefly describes coal-bed methane resources in China.On that basis,it analyzes major influencing factors on industrialization development of coal bed gas in China,and it puts forward some targeted proposals for CBM industrialization development in China from aspects of management system,technological innovation,resources surveying accuracy,formulates favorable policies and so on.
