摘要
我国煤层气资源储量大、勘探程度低,但随着开发利用技术的提高和国家产业政策的扶持,开发和利用水平发展迅速。本文在分析我国煤层气开发利用现状及国家产业政策的基础上,以山西省晋城市为例,从煤层气的管道输集、液化、推广汽车油改气、工业燃料以及瓦斯发电几个方面介绍了目前晋城市的煤层气开发利用现状,并分析了煤层气开发利用中存在的问题,同时从晋城市的产业优势和产业劣势对煤层气开发利用战略进行了分析,最后针对晋城市煤层气未来的产业发展规划,提出了要积极发挥资源优势、增加煤层气的抽采能力、协调煤炭企业与煤层气企业利益、加强煤层气技术创新、加大对煤层气开发利用的政策扶持力度、建立煤层气产销调控机制等方面的建议。
In China,there are large reserves of coal bed methane resources,but the exploration level is low.With the enhancement of the technology for coal bed methane and the support of industrial policy,the development and utilization level has rapid increased.On the basis of the present situation and industrial policy,taking Jincheng City as an example,this paper introduces the present situation of the development and utilization of coal bed methane in Jincheng City in the aspects of gathering and transportation,liquefaction,automobile marketing,industrial fuel and methane electrical generation and analyzes the problems in the exploitation and utilization of coal bed methane.The paper also analyzes the strategy of the development and utilization of coal bed methane based on the advantages and disadvantages of coal bed methane industry in Jincheng City.At the end,the paper puts forward countermeasures for the development planning of coal bed methane industry in Jincheng City.
