甲烷市场化合作伙伴把煤矿区煤层气列为三大主要领域之一,为发展煤矿区煤层气项目提供了新的机会。本文介绍了甲烷市场化合作计划框架及其核心内容,阐述我国煤矿区煤层气回收利用潜力,提出实施煤矿甲烷市场化计划的战略性建议。
CMM has been listed as one of three main fields by the Methane-to-Markets Partnership, which provides new opportunities for the development of CMM projects. In this paper, the framework and key ideas are introduced of the Methane-to-Markets Partnership. With the potential to recover and utilize CMM in China analyzed, the strategies are proposed to implement the Methane-to-Markets Partnership in Chinese coal mines.
