摘要
本文从非平衡自组织理论的视角考量民办高校生源危机,通过分析民办高校生源危机产生的诱因,提出民办高校生源危机促使其改革进化的机理,以及加强危机管理和提高危机应对能力的对策。
This paper measures and reflects on the ＂crisis of enrollment＂ of private higher educational institutions （HEIs） from the perspective of the non-equilibrium auto-organization theory, pointing out that the crisis of enrollment is a process and inducement for progress of higher educational institutions. By analyzing the inducement exerted from the crisis of enroll- ment of private HEIs, this paper initiates the mechanism of promoting its reform and progression, and advocates the counter- measures for dealing with this kind of situation on how to enhance crisis administration and how to promote the ability to cope with the crisis.
