摘要
为开发新型纺织助剂 ,采用甲醛对丁醇聚醚的末端羟基进行缩醛化研究 .文中探讨催化剂、溶剂、甲醛用量及加入方式等反应条件对缩醛率的影响 ,指出丁醇聚醚端基部分缩醛化后对聚醚表面和热性能的改善 .
In order to develop new textile auxiliary agent,acetalation of monobutyl ethers hydroxy end unit is studied.The influence of the reacting parameters such as catalyst,solvent,formaldehyde content on the acetalation ratio is discussed,and the improvement of polyether and thermal properties is showed.
