实践育人是提高人才培养质量的重要环节,更是青年学生成长成才的必由之路。山东农业大学作为一所农业类高校,始终坚守实践育人的办学特色,探索实践育人在人才培养中的关键密码、关键内容、关键支撑、关键核心、关键载体等"五个关键",将实践育人贯穿于人才培养的全过程,形成了特色品牌,取得了显著成效。
Practice-based talent cultivation is one of basic principles of Marxist moral education,one of the key links in the talent cultivation quality guarantee,and an inevitable course to the growth of young talents. As an agricultural university,Shandong Agricultural University adheres to the characteristic development of practice-based talent cultivation,and explores and implements the five keys in the practice-based talent cultivation:code,content,support,core and vehicle. Remarkable achievement has been made in the characteristic development of practice-base talent cultivation since it is integrated in the whole process of talent cultivation.
