嗜水气单胞菌胞外产物对翘嘴鳜免疫防御机制的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Extracellular Products from Aeromonas hydrophila on the Immune Defense Mechanism in Mandarinfish ( Siniperca chuatsi )

摘要 用嗜水气单胞菌 (Aeromonashydrophila)制备的福尔马林灭活菌苗 (F AH)和胞外产物 (ECP)作为免疫原 ,接种翘嘴鳜 (SinipercachuatsiBasilewsky)后 ,通过测定供试鱼的体液及细胞免疫活性 ,探讨了A .hydrophila的ECP对翘嘴鳜免疫防御机制的影响。结果表明 ,与F AH免疫组相比 ,ECP能极显著地影响供试鱼的凝集抗体、补体等体液因子的活性 (t测验 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而对供试鱼血液中白细胞的自发吞噬活性和细胞内杀菌活性没有显著影响 (t测验 ,P >0 .0 5 )。推测A .hydrophila的ECP对翘嘴鳜免疫防御机制的抑制作用是导致翘嘴鳜容易重复感染由A . In order to demonstrate the effect of extracellular products (ECP) preformed from Aeromonas hydrophila on the immune defense mechanism of mandarinfish ( Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky), the humoral and cell immunoactivity of mandarinfish were examined after vaccination with formalin killed A. hydrophila (F?AH) and ECP. The results showed that the ECP can strongly affect the activity of humoral factors such as agglutinating antibody and complement ( t test, P <0.01),without significant influence on the spontancous phagocytic activity and intracellular bactericidal activity of leucocytes in the blood of mandarinfish. So the inhibitory effect of the ECP on the immune defense mechanism of mandarinfish was thought to be the main cause which led to reinfection of bacterial septiceamia caused by A. hydrophila .
