健康与患上皮瘤病异育银鲫主要组织可溶性蛋白质电泳比较

摘要 采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对健康和患上皮瘤病的异育银鲫血清中和上皮(瘤)、脾脏、肾脏、心脏和肝脏5种组织中可溶性蛋白质电泳后进行扫描分析比较。结果表明:患病鱼的血清及上皮瘤、脾脏和肾脏组织中的蛋白质电泳谱带与健康鱼相比有较大的变化,血清缺失3条谱带同时新出现6条谱带,上皮瘤缺失4条谱带同时新出现5条谱带,脾脏缺失6条谱带同时新出现6条谱带,肾脏缺失8条谱带同时新出现2条谱带;与其他组织相比较,患病鱼的心脏和肝脏组织中蛋白质谱带变化相对较小,分别缺失1条和2条谱带,无新的谱带出现。这些蛋白质谱带的缺失和增加,从蛋白质水平上揭示了该病的病理变化特点,同时蛋白质谱带的特定变化可作为该病诊断的辅助或主要依据之一。 Soluble proteins in the sera and five kinds of tissues of healthy and diseased allogynogenetic crucian carp (ACC) with epidermal papillomas were analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (SDS- PAGE). The results showed that the electrophoretic protein bands from sera, epidermal papillomas, spleens and bands disappeared and six new bands appeared in spleens, eight bands disappeared and two new bands appeared in kidneys of diseased ACCs. Compared with other tissues, changes of protein bands in hearts and livers of diseased ACCs were relatively small. No new bands appeared and one and two bands disappeared respectively in hearts and livers of diseased ACCs. The disappearance and appearance of protein bands not only show the pathological characteristic in diseased ACCs but also can be considered as disease diagnosis indexes.
