摘要
从患典型烂鳃病的翘嘴鳜鳃上分离到７个菌株，根据对其中３个菌株的菌落和菌体形态观察、生化特性分析、直接荧光抗体法鉴定和致病力测试结果，初步证明了翘嘴鳜的烂鳃病是由柱状嗜纤维菌（Ｃｙｔｏｐｈａｇａｃｏｌｕｍｎａｒｉｓ）引起的。
The present paper descibes the characters of pathogenic bacteria of roted gill disease in mandarinfish(Siniperca chuatsi B.)The three strains isolated from the aill of the ill mandarinfish showed to be the cause of the disease and the death of the fish by infection experiment. The symptom caused by the bactera was similar to that of natural symptom.According to the morpholical features indentified by dircet fluorescent antibody technique and biochemical characteristics,the strains, SC-2 , SC-5, and SC-6 belonged to Cytophaga columnaris.
