摘要
为探索高温条件下油茶渗透调节物质的变化规律,以江西省林业科学院油茶种质资源圃中25个油茶优良品种为材料,对成年大树的水培枝条进行常温对照、40℃和45℃等3种温度处理,处理时间8h,并测定了其叶片中可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖的含量。结果表明:与常温对照相比,40℃、45℃高温胁迫后,25个油茶品种的可溶性蛋白质平均含量分别增加63.29%、77.88%,游离脯氨酸平均含量分别增加40.82%、83.97%,可溶性糖平均含量分别增加56.57%、147.26%;油茶品种间上述各指标在同一温度胁迫下差异极显著。由此可见,高温胁迫使油茶品种叶片中的可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量均显著升高,且不同油茶品种间存在显著的耐热性差异。
In order to explore the change of osmotic adjustment substances in Camellia oleifera under high temperature stress,the hydroponic branches of 25 varieties of Camellia oleiferas growing in the Camellia oleifera germplasm nursery in Jiangxi Academy of Forestry were respectively dealt with the temperatures of 40 ℃ and 45 ℃ and the normal temperature for 8 hours under hydroponic culture.And the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,and free proline in Camellia oleifera leaves were assayed.The results showed that compared with the situations under normal temperature,the content of soluble protein in leaves respectively increased by 63.29% and 77.88% under high temperature stress of 40 ℃ and 45 ℃,the content of free proline increased by 40.82% and 83.97%,and the content of soluble sugar increased by 56.57% and 147.26%.The difference of indexes was significant between different varieties under the same high temperature stress.These results demonstrated that high temperature stress made the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,and free proline in Camellia oleifera leaves increase remarkably,and there was great difference in the heat resistance among the varieties of Camellia oleifera.
