摘要
以15份不同性状西瓜为试验材料,研究高温胁迫对西瓜幼苗3项生长指标和6项生理指标的影响,并采用隶属函数方法和系统聚类分析对各西瓜幼苗耐热性进行综合评价,初步筛选出耐热试材,为西瓜耐热育种提供条件。结果表明:高温胁迫后各西瓜幼苗的生长受到抑制,与对照相比株高、茎粗度、叶面积、总叶绿素含量和SOD活性均出现不同程度下降,相对电导率、丙二醛含量和POD活性均呈现不同程度上升,脯氨酸含量变化趋势不一致,表现为耐热材料含量增加,不耐热材料含量下降。通过综合评价得到4类不同耐热性试材,其中耐热性差试材1个,耐热性一般试材8个,耐热性较好试材2个,耐热性好试材4个。
Fifteen watermelon seedlings with different characters were used as experimental materials to study 3 growth indexes and 6 physiological indexes of watermelon seedlings under high temperature stress. The methods of membership function and hierarchical cluster analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the heat resistance of different watermelon seedlings. The preliminary materials of watermelon with tolerance to heat stress were selected in order to provide the conveniences for heat tolerance breeding. The results showed a negative effect of high temperature stress on the growth of watermelon seedlings. Compared to the control,the plant height,stem roughness,leaf area,total chlorophyll content and SOD activity of watermelon seedlings decreased in different degrees,and relative electrolytic leakage,MDA content and POD activity increased in different degrees. The change in proline content was inconsistent among different experimental materials,with increase in heat-resistance materials and decrease in heat-labile materials,compared to the control. According to the comprehensive assessment results,there were 4 types of different heat-resistance materials,with 1 poor heat-resistance material,8medium heat-resistance materials,2 better heat-resistance materials and 4 best heat-resistance materials.
