摘要
以 4个耐高温能力不同的高代黄瓜自交系为材料 ,对高温条件下黄瓜幼苗体内的蛋白质含量变化进行了研究。高温处理后及在常温恢复 2天后 ,T94总蛋白质含量下降 ,其余品系含量上升 ;可溶性蛋白质含量降低 ,而且可溶性蛋白质总量与各品系对高温的耐性呈正相关 ,耐性强的品系含量高。热稳定蛋白质具有抵抗高温的能力 ,高温处理以及在常温恢复 2天后 ,热稳定蛋白质含量与各品系对高温的耐性呈正相关。
Four cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)inbred lines with diferent resistance to heat were used in this experiment,contents of protein in leaves of cucumber seedling was studied.After heat treatment or 2 days recovery at normal temperature,total protein content of T94 decreased,and that of other line increased.And content of soluble protein decreased,content of soluble protein was prositive to heat resistance of cucumber seedling.Content of soluble protein in leaf of high resistance was high.'Bioling-stable'protein enabled to improve heat resistace of cucumber seedling,After heat treatment or 2 days recovery at normal temperature,content of 'Bioling-stable'protein was positive to heat resistance of cucmber seedling.
