二乙烯基苯(DVB)对集成橡胶SIBR性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of divinylbenzene on performance of integral rubber SIBR

摘要 集成橡胶苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯三元共聚物(SIBR)兼具高性能轮胎的胎面胶滚动阻力、抗湿滑性能、耐磨和耐低温等性能。研究了偶联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB)在集成橡胶SIBR合成中的应用及对其力学性能的影响。所制得的集成橡胶SIBR在保持丁苯胶良好的物理力学性能的基础上,具有更高的抗湿滑性能和更低的滚动阻力,拉伸强度达到20.5 MPa,0℃的Tgδ值可达0.26,60℃的Tgδ值可达0.07。 Integral rubber styrene-isoprene-butadiene(SIBR) have low rolling resistance,high wet skid resistance,good wear resistance and low temperature resistance.It can meet the requirements of tire tread compound with high performance.Divinylbenzene were used as coupling agent in the preparation of SIBR.And the effect of divinylbenzene on performance of SIBR was systematically studied.The prepared SIBR maintains the good physical and mechanical properties of SBR.It has higher wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance than SBR.The tensile strength of prepared SIBR is more than 20.5 MPa.Tg δ at 0 ℃ is 0.26,while Tg δ at 60 ℃ is 0.07.
