集成橡胶SIBR是一种备受关注的高性能化橡胶,能够兼顾低滚动阻力、高抗湿滑性和高耐磨性能。总结了集成橡胶的概念、结构与性能,并详细讨论了集成橡胶的合成方法,包括阴离子聚合、乳液聚合和配位聚合。进而介绍了集成橡胶的应用,最后展望了集成橡胶的未来发展。
Integral rubber SIBR is a kind of high performance rubber, which attracts much attention, and has excellent properties： low rolling resistance, a strong wet grip and good wear resistance. Herein, the concept, structure and property of integral rubber are summarized. Then the preparation technologies of integral rubber are discussed in detail, including anionic polymerization, emulsion polymerization and coordination polymerization. Furthermore, the application of integral rubber is discussed. At last, the prospect of integral rubber is forecast.
