摘要
以正丁基锂(BuLi)为引发剂,四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为结构调节剂,四氯化锡为偶联剂合成出了星型锡偶联SIBR。采用IR、GPC、DSC、DMA等仪器对合成的SIBR的微观结构、分子量大小及分布、玻璃化转变温度和动态力学性能进行了分析测试。研究结果表明,合成的SIBR随着TMEDA/Li的增大,tans1,4-Bd和1,4-Ip结构含量明显减少,3,4-Ip和总1,2结构含量明显增多;SIBR样品0℃的tanδ值增加非常明显,60℃的tanδ值均低于0.12。物理机械性能测试表明,合成的样品符合胎面胶的要求,且动态力学性能能够满足高性能胎面胶的需求。
The star-shaped styrene-butadiene-isoprene(SIBR)was synthesized with n-BuLi as initiator, coclohexane as solvent, TMEDA(N, N, N', N'-tetramethylethylene diamine)as polar modifier and SnCl4 as coupling agent. The microstructure, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, glass transition temperature and dynamic properties of synthesized SIBR were characterized by IR, GPC, DSC, DMA. The results showed that with the increase of TMEDA, the content of tans1,4-Bd and 1,4-Ip decreased clearly, the content of 3,4-Ip and the total content of 1,2 increased dramatically, and tanδ(0℃ )value increased obviously and all tanδ(60℃; )value were lower than 0.12. The mechanical properties of SIBR fit to the requests of tire tread,and dynamic properties of SIBR prospect potential application of high performance tires.
