摘要
本研究采用 ＰＣＲ法从中国妇女鲍温氏病（Ｂｏｗｅｎ＇ｓ ｄｉｓｅａｓｅ）组织标本扩增获得了与宫颈癌密切相关的人乳头 瘤病毒１６型（ＨＰＶ１６）的晚期基因Ｌ１，并装入测序载体测序分析了其ＤＮＡ的序列，与标准型进行了比较，发现有 若干变异。此研究对序列及变异意义进行了分析和讨论，为今后Ｌ１基因分子流行病学调查、Ｌ１蛋白的结构与功能研 究、疫苗研制以及ＨＰＶ相关的基础性研究提供了有用的资料。同时在国内外首次报道了鲍温氏病组织中ＨＰＶ１６Ｌ１的 序列及其变异情况，并在ＧｅｎＢａｎｋ［１］申请到序列号（ＡＦ０８９５２）。
To study the biological activity of the L1 gene of human papillomavirus 16 (HPV 16 ), HPV 16 L1 gene has been amplified from Bowen's disease of Chinese woman by PCR. The L1 DNA was sequenced and compared With the prototype L1 gene of HPV16. It was showed there are some differences between them. The sequence and significance of variation were analyzed and discussed. The research provides some useful data for epidemiology of HPV16 L1 gene, structure biology of L1 protein. vaccine research and relative basic research of HPV. This is the first report that is dealed with HPV 16 L1 variants of Bowen's disease in home and abroad. GenBank accession number of the sequence in upper case in AF08952.
