摘要
目的：探讨前列腺组织中ＣＤ４４ 蛋白表达的意义。方法：应用免疫组化的方法检测了３８ 例前列腺癌、２０ 例前列腺增生及１０ 例正常前列腺组织中ＣＤ４４ 蛋白的表达。结果：在标准型ＣＤ４４ｓ 中，前列腺增生及正常人前列腺切片上表现为均匀一致的细胞膜强阳性染色，而前列腺癌组织中阳性９ 例，阴性２９ 例；前者与后者比较差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。Ｄ 期前列腺癌的蛋白表达明显下调，与无转移的前列腺癌间有统计学差异性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论：前列腺癌组织中ＣＤ４４ｓ
Objective:To investigate the expression of CD44 in prostatic cancer. Methods: The expression of CD44s and CD44v3 were investigated immunohistochemically in the tissue specimens of 38 patients with prostatic cancer,20 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and 10 normal persons.Results:Diffuse membranous positive immunoreactivity for CD44s was detected in the samples of BPH and normal prostate.Only 9 cases of positive staining were found in 38 samples of prostatic cancer. The staining was negative for CD44v3 in all the samples of prostatic cancer.Positive immunoreactivity for CD44s in prostatic cancer, especially in stage D, was lower than that in BPH and the normal prostate(P<0.01).Conclusions:CD44 protein expression is associated with the tumor and clinical stages of prostatic cancer.The reduction of CD44 expression can be treated as an important reference index for evaluating the tumor invasion and metastasis of prostatic cancer.
