摘要
系统地介绍了短期定量降水预报研究的意义、内容及方法 ,综述了近年来国内外的研究进展 .短期定量降水预报的研究已作为世界气候研究计划 (WCRP)和国际地圈、生物圈计划 (IGBP)的重要内容 .各国的科学工作者在理论和实际应用方面深入地开展了一系列的工作 .全面介绍了这些成果 ,对其优缺点进行了详细的评述 。
The significance, content and method of short time quantitative precipitation forecasting and its recent advances worldwide have been systematically introduced. This kind of forecasting has been taken as an important content of WCRP and IGBP. The worldwide researchers have got a series of theoretical and experimental studied results generally and deeply. These studied results are introduced overall, their advantages and shortages have been reviewed in detail and some issues being resulted are pointed out.
