摘要
目的：研究人类头面部形态特征随年龄增长而变化的规律。方法：采用随机取样方法调查了汉族湘语族群730例的头面部指标共38项，并计算了12项头面部体质指数，对湘语族群头面部形态特征的年龄变化进行了初步分析。结果：随年龄增长，湘语族群有蒙古褶率下降，眼裂变窄，眼裂倾斜度内角高率增加，眼色变浅，上唇皮肤部高度增加，上红唇变薄，鼻翼宽的宽型率增加；湘语族群头长、鼻宽、形态面高、上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长、容貌耳宽、面颊皮褶与年龄呈正相关，头宽、面宽、眼内角间宽、眼外角间宽、唇高、红唇厚度、耳上头高与年龄呈负相关，并且上述指标值在不同年龄组中差异有统计学意义；湘语族群容貌面、形态面、头面高指数与年龄均呈正相关，头长宽、头长高、口指数与年龄呈负相关，上述指数值在不同年龄组间差异均有统计学意义。结论：湘语族群头面部形态特征随年龄增长呈现一定的变化规律。
Objective： To study the variation of the head and face of human with age. Methods： Thirty-eight morphological parameters of the head and face were investigated on 730 Han adults （353 males and 377 females） from Xiang-speaking population. Then, twelve physical indices of the head and face were calculated to analyze the morphological change of the head and face with age. Results： （1） With ageing, the appearance rate of the Mongolia plica was decreased, the opening of the rima oculi was narrowed, the internal angle of the direction of eyelids was increased, eye color turned shallow, the skin height of the upper lip was increased, and the upper lip was thinned, the appearance rate of wide alae nasi was increased. （2） The indexes including the head length, nose breadth, morphological facial height, skin height of the upper lip, physiognomic ear length, physiognomic ear width, cheek skinfold were positively correlated to age; while the head breath, facial breath, in- terocular breath, external biocular breath, lip height, thickness of lip, auricular height were negatively correlated to age. （3） The indexes including physiognomic facial index, morphological facial index, and craniofacial height index were positively correlated to age. And, the head length breadth, head length height, mouth index were negatively correlated to age. Con- clusion： The morphological characteristics of the head and face in Xiang-speaking population have disciplinarian with ageing.
