摘要
目的：研究湖北汉族头面部形态特征随年龄增长而变化的规律.方法：采用年龄组分层随机抽样方法调查了湖北汉族男性和女性的38项头面部指标,计算12项头面部体质指数,对湖北汉族头面部形态特征的年龄变化进行了初步分析.结果：随年龄增长,湖北汉族有内眦褶率下降,眼裂倾斜度渐趋水平、眼裂高度变窄,上唇皮肤部高度增加,红唇变薄、鼻翼宽型率增加.下颌角间宽、鼻宽、口裂宽、形态面高、上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长、面颊皮褶7项指标值和形态面指数与年龄呈正相关.额最小宽、眼内角间宽、眼外角间宽、唇高、红唇厚度5项指标值及额顶宽、颧额宽、口指数3项指数值与年龄呈负相关.结论：湖北汉族成人头面部形态特征随年龄增长呈现一定的规律性变化.
Objective：To analyze the variations of human head-face morphological traits with age increasing of Han nationality in Hubei.Methods：Using stratified random sampling,we investigated 38 the head-face traits of 356 males and 360 females,calculated 12 head-face physique indices,and did a preliminary analysis on the trait variations with age increasing of Han nationality in Hubei.Results：With age increasing,the rate of Mongoloid fold was going down; the directions of eyelids were going to horizontal; heights of eyelids were turning narrow; upper lip heights were increasing; lips became thinner and the rate of wide-type alae nasi was also increasing.Indices of bigonial breadth,nose breadth,mouth breadth,morphology facial height,upper lip height,physical ear length and facial skinfold had positive correlations with age.Minimum frontal breadth,interocular breadth,external biocular breadth,lip height,thickness of lips and 3 indexes including transverse frontoparieta,zygomatico-frontal and lip indexes had negative correlations with age.Conclusion：Head-face morphological traits of Han in Hubei appear a certain regular variation with age increasing.
