摘要
为了解羌族人群的骨质量水平并且根据身体测量指标有效推测该族群的骨质量,运用人体测量方法与生物电阻抗法对843例四川羌族成人(男性409例,女性434例)进行身高、体质量、肩宽、骨盆宽、体脂率、肌肉量、推定骨质量等指标的测量,并根据身体测量指标进行身高体质量指数计算.分析各指标、指数与推定骨质量之间的相关性,并建立推定骨质量的多元回归方程.结果表明:羌族男性的推定骨质量为2.67 kg,约占体质量的4.04%,女性推定骨质量为2.15 kg,约占体质量的3.59%,与标准推定骨质量相比属偏低水平.羌族男性、女性均表现为肌肉量与推定骨质量的相关性最高,其次为体质量.选取肌肉量、体质量、身高、身高体质量指数4项与推定骨质量相关性较强的指标和指数进行线性回归分析,得到的回归方程均可用于羌族推定骨质量的推断,根据肌肉量建立的回归方程结果最可靠.
In order to learn the level of bone mass of Qiang nationality and presume the bone mass according to the body measurement indexes, some anthropometric indexes of 843 Qiang adults(409 males, 434 females) were measured using anthropometric methods and bioelectrical impedance analysis. The indexes included stature, body mass, shoulder breadth,crista iliace breadth, percentage body fat,muscle mass and presumption bone mass. Stature-mass index was calculated according to the anthropometric indices. The relationship between presumption bone mass and anthropometric indexes was analyzed and linear regression equations were established. The results showed that the presumption bone mass of Qiang male was 2.67 kg,which accounted for 4.04% in body mass;the presumption bone mass in Qiang female was 2.15 kg,which accounted for 3.59% in body mass. Besides,compared with standard of presumption bone mass,presumption bone mass of Qiang nationality was at a lower level. The correlations between presumption bone mass and muscle mass,body weight were highest in Qiang adults. Muscle mass,body mass,stature and stature-mass index were chosen to conduct linear regression analysis,and the results showed that all the regression equations could be used for the deduction of presumption bone mass in Qiang,and the equation based on muscle mass had the best result.
