摘要
在单涡流场理论基础上建立了一种改进的油粒轨迹模型 ,用以预测油水旋流器粒级分离效率。若给定旋流器几何尺寸、操作参数及旋流器进口的油滴粒径分布 ,就可以预测液 -液旋流器的分离效率。模型理论效率预测结果与实测结果比较吻合 ,满足工程精度要求。该轨迹法分离效率模型理论上具有广泛通用性 ,方法简单实用 ,对液 -液水力旋流器工业使用及其优化设计具有重要的指导作用。
A modified droplets trajectories analysis model is established for the efficiency estimation of liquid liquid hydrocyclones based on the single vortex field theory. Efficiencies are obtained by numerically solving the trajectory equations as the operation conditions and configurations of hydrocyclones are varied. The validity of the present analytical model is confirmed by comparing the predicted efficiencies of hydrocyclones with the experimental results. It is expected that the model could be effectively used in performance prediction and optimization of liquid liquid hydrocyclones.
