摘要
静态超重力吸收器与国内旋转吸收器(包括螺旋型旋转吸收器)相比不仅结构创新,没有运动件,能耗小、维护方便、运行及投资费用低,而且还具有更加理想的吸收传质性能,比相界面积a更高,因而处理能力更大。同时此静态超重力吸收器能够集吸收、气液分离于一身,省去后继操作设备的投资,事半功倍。
Compared with the swirel absorber including helical rotating absorber both at home and abroad, the static higee absorber that we design has a novel structure. With no moving components makes it have so many advantages as energy saving, convenient for maintenance and saving costs. And more excitingly, it has a better ion, the specific phase contact area a is higher. That means it has a larger productive capacity, and after absorption processes the residue will be separated-automatically and cost will be served on successor equipments.
