摘要
针对含水率在90%以上的高含水原油,用液-液旋流器对产出液进行预脱水和污水除油的新工艺在胜利油田车二接转站进行了现场试验。该站平均含水率90%,经两级旋流器处理后,脱水率达到90%,污水除油率高达98%以上。将核桃壳过滤器作为新工艺的配套设备,其除油、除悬浮物效果明显,可进一步提高水质,以满足中、低渗透层注水水质要求。该工艺不仅简化了流程,减少了设备,提高了工艺技术水平,而且还节省投资(45.2%)。
In accordance with over 90% water cut crude and by using liquid-liquid cyclone, a predewater test and oil removal for oilywater new tochnology has been made at Xin-3 pump station. Water cut at the station is over 90%, after 2-stage dewater,dewater rate over 90% and oil removal rate gains over 98%. Using walnut shell filter as complete set on the new technology,the effect on oil removal and suspended solid removal is evident and water quality can be further raised. This technology not only simplifies process flow and devices, rasies technology level but also saves investment by 45.2%.
