摘要
综述了油水乳化液的破乳机理和受力分析现状,由于所采用破乳方法的不同,建立了油水乳化液在旋流场和振动场中不同的数学模型,并分析了破乳过程中分散相液滴的变形、破裂的临界条件,认为旋流场中分散相液滴所受到的切应力是导致液滴变形并造成分散相液滴破碎与乳化的重要原因,振动场中分散相的聚集是基于位移效应向波腹和波节运动,结合微粒临界破裂条件,可知振动破乳时存在一个最佳振动强度范围。
The breakage principle W/O emulsion was discussed and the Stress was analyzed.According to the different demulsification methods the different mathematical model was established.The deformation and the critical breakage condition of dispersed droplets were studied in detail.The Shear stress was the important reason for dispersed droplets' breakage and emulsification.Combination with the breakage condition can provide a theoretical basis for the various emulsions separating.
