摘要
使用Ｈｕｍｐｈｒｅｙ视野分析仪研究２０例（２０眼）视网膜脱离术后的黄斑颜色明度敏感性（ＣＢＳ）。结果显示其ＣＢＳ显著降低，与正常对照组相比，有高度显著差异；其术后不同视力组亦有高度显著差异，且与视力损害程度呈平行关系。认为对术后病人检测ＣＢＳ，有助于了解其视功能损害的程度，对评估手术愈后有重要作用。
n this study,Humphrey Field Analyzer (640) was used for measuring the 20 patients (20 eyes) with retina reattachment.The results show that the color brightness sensitivity(CBS) decrease markedly comparing patients with normal people and the difference is highly statistically significant(P< 0.001). It also shows that the difference of CBS between different groups after surgery has highly statistical significance(P< 0.001).The au thors suggest that this method may be useful for assessing the degree of harm to visual acuity after re tina reattachment.We also find that there is insufficient recovery of visual function after retina reattachment.
