摘要
高职院校实践课程对高技能人才的培养起着关键性的作用,而学生的技能水平、职业能力有一个培养和提高的过程,其中存在着许多变化和不可量化的因素,沿用传统的考核方式难以全面系统地作出准确的评价。在高职院校实践课程中引入形成性评价策略,建立形成性评价的信息传递及反馈调节系统,研究评价标准的设计原则和实施步骤,对推进课程考核改革具有积极作用。
In higher vocational colleges,practical course plays a key role in high skilled talents'training,but for the students' level of skills and professional ability there is a process of fostering and enhancement,which exists many changes and non-quantifiable factors,so using traditional assessment method is difficult to comprehensively and systematically make an accurate assessment.Therefore,Introducing formative evaluation strategies in the higher vocational practical course,establishing formative evaluative information transfer and feedback regulation system of formative evaluation,studying the design principles of formative evaluation criteria and implementation steps have a positive effect for promoting curriculum reform.
