摘要
为了从亚细胞水平研究肾虚患者的免疫功能 ,采用 ELISA方法测定 2 8例肾虚患者外周血白细胞介素 - 2 ( IL- 2 )、可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 ( s IL- 2 R)、白细胞介素 - 6 ( IL- 6 )的水平 ,并与正常人比较 ,结果显示 ,肾虚患者组外周血的 IL- 2水平低于正常人对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;s IL - 2 R水平与正常人对照组没有差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;IL- 6水平高于正常人对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,说明外周血 IL- 2水平降低和 IL- 6水平升高是肾虚的免疫病理基础之一 ,中医肾的实质包括了细胞因子。
For studing the immunologic function of kidney deficiency patients from the inqramole cular level,the IL 2,sIL 2R and IL 6 of peripheral blood in 28 cases had been tested with ELISA method,and compared to the healthy subject.The result showed that,in patient's Group IL 2 was lower(P<0.01),IL 6 was higher(P<0.01)and sIL 2R had no difference (P>0.05).It indicates that the reducing of IL 2 and increasing of IL 6 is one of the immunopathologic bases of kidney deficiency.The essence of TCM kidney includes the function of cytokines.
