妊娠高血压综合征患者治疗前后氧化应激状态的变化 被引量：5

摘要 妊娠高血压综合征（PIH）是一种妊娠晚期特有的产科严重并发症,严重威胁孕产妇和新生儿健康,目前为止其病因及发病机制尚不完全清楚[1]。近年来研究发现氧化应激反应在PIH的病因及发病机制中起关键作用[2]。本研究观察了PIH患者血浆超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-PX）、脂质过氧化物（LPO）和同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）含量的变化,并与健康妊娠孕妇相比较,探讨其对PIH患者氧化应激反应的影响,
