摘要
目的探究中药川芎嗪联合硫酸镁在妊娠高血压治疗过程中的疗效,为临床治疗妊娠高血压提供依据。方法选取2010年9月—2013年12月间在我院住院治疗的妊娠高血压患者90例,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组及观察组各45例,其中观察组患者采用中药川芎嗪联合硫酸镁注射液治疗,对照组单纯采用硫酸镁注射液治疗,并观察2组患者治疗的临床效果、有效率以及治疗前后的血浆黏度值。结果观察组总有效率(97.8%)明显高于对照组(86.7%),另外,观察组血压稳定以及尿蛋白降低情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组仅有1例患者出现恶心、呕吐症状,明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血浆黏度有明显的下降,并且明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪联合硫酸镁注射液治疗妊娠高血压可稳定血压,缓解恶心呕吐等各种症状。
Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Tetromethylpyrazine combined with magnesium in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy,provide the basis for the clinical treatment of hypertension in pregnancy.Methods Selected 90 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension in patients treated in our hospital between September 2010 and December 2013.The 90 patients were divided into a control group and observation group depending on the method of treatment,and 45 patients in each group.Observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Chuan Qiong piperazine combined with magnesium sulfate injection in the treatment,and control group patients using magnesium sulfate injection therapy alone.Observe the clinical effect of the treatment and the two groups of patients＇efficient and plasma viscosity before and after treatment.Results The results showed that patients in the observation group total efficiency（97.8%）was significantly higher than patients in control group（86.7%）,in addition,the observation group were stable blood pressure and protein in urine was significantly better than the control group in patients with conditions（P〈0.05）,observed group only had 1patient with nausea,vomiting,significantly less than the control patients（P〈0.05）.Plasma viscosity observed group of patients decreased significantly,and significantly lower than the control patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application Tetromethylpyrazine combined with magnesium sulfate injection in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension to good effect can stable blood pressure and reduce nausea,vomiting etc.
