摘要
目的建立一种新的孕中期唐氏综合征风险估计模型,以提高孕中期唐氏综合征产前筛查的效率。方法根据一般孕妇群体与唐氏综合征妊娠孕妇群体AFP MoM值和Free-β-hCG的MoM值分布的不同建立风险估计模型,并与现有模型进行接受者工作曲线(Receiver Operation Curve,ROC)分析比较。结果新孕中期唐氏综合征风险估计模型筛查效率较现有模型有明显提高。结论新孕中期唐氏综合征风险估计模型筛查效率较现有模型有明显提高,该模型值得今后进一步实验验证及优化。
Objective： To establish a new Down′s syndrome risk assessment model for the second trimester Down′s syndrome screening test and improve the efficiency of the current Down′s syndrome screening test.Methods： Based on the different distribution of MoM values of AFP and Free-β-hCG between Down′s syndrome pregnancy women and non-Down′s syndrome pregnancy women,a new Down′s syndrome risk assessment model was established,and its efficiency was analyzed by Receiver Operation Curve,ROC.Results： The screening efficiency of the new model was significantly improved compare with that of the present one.Conclusion： The screening efficiency of the new model was significantly improved compare with that of the present one,and the model is subject to further research to confirm its feasibility and to improve its efficiency.
