摘要
目的探讨孕中期唐氏综合征产前筛查血清标志物AFP及游离β-hCG MoM值分布与孕妇年龄的关系。方法根据孕妇年龄分组,对各组血清标志物MoM值分布进行描述统计分析,取其中中位数和众数两指标与孕妇年龄分别进行相关分析,并对各相关系数进行显著性检验。结果 AFP MoM值中位数和众数与孕妇年龄之间均存在显著性负相关,β-hCG MoM值中位数和众数与孕妇年龄之间,β-hCG MoM/AFP MoM值中位数和众数与孕妇年龄之间均不存在显著性相关性。结论 AFP MoM值中位数和众数与孕妇年龄之间均存在显著性负相关,β-hCG MoM值中位数和众数与孕妇年龄之间,β-hCG MoM/AFP MoM值中位数和众数与孕妇年龄之间也均不存在显著性相关性。
Objective： To explore the relationship between the maternal age and the MOM value distribution of serum markers in the second trimester Down＇s syndrome screening test. Methods： Grouped by maternal age,the distribution statistics of AFP and Free- β- hCG MoM values for each group was analyzed,the correlation coefficients that between median and maternal age as well as that between mode and maternal age were caculated,and the corresponding statistical significant test was perfomed. Results： There were significant negtive correlation between median of AFP MoM values and maternal age as well as that between mode of AFP MoM values and maternal age,while there were no significant correlation either between corresponding statistics of Free- β- hCG MoM values and maternal age or between corresponding statistics of Free- β- hCG MoM / AFP MoM values and maternal age. Conclusions： There were significant negtive correlation between median of AFP MoM values and maternal age as well as that between mode of AFP MoM values and maternal age,while there were no significant correlation either between corresponding statistics of Free- β- hCG MoM values and maternal age or between corresponding statistics of Free- β- hCG MoM / AFP MoM values and maternal age.
