摘要
新世纪十年,我国图书馆学理论研究宣扬公共图书馆精神,开展新图书馆运动,积极推动图书馆权利研究;同时,在实践层面,我国图书馆界深入开展基层公共图书馆调查,积极组织志愿者行动,连续多年为基层图书馆管理者开展义务培训。新图书馆运动使公共图书馆精神与图书馆权利等理念根植于我国图书馆实际工作中,对我国公共图书馆的发展具有重要的意义。
In the first ten years of the 21st century,the theory research on library science in China publicizes the public library spirit,starts the new library movement,and promotes researches on library rights positively.At the same time,in the practice field,library circles carry out in-depth investigations into public libraries,organize the volunteer action positively,and train managers of primary level libraries for years.The new library movement embeds the concept of public library spirit and library rights in the library practice work,and has important significance for the development of public libraries in China.
