摘要
目的:研究并比较人胚胎发育不同时期肺与肠上皮形态特征、上皮细胞增殖与凋亡及上皮功能蛋白的变化情况。方法:观察人胚胎发育不同时期肺与肠上皮形态;流式细胞术检测胚胎不同时期肺与肠上皮细胞的增殖与凋亡,免疫组化测定不同时期上皮细胞功能蛋白。结果:胚胎早期,肺与肠上皮形态一致,上皮细胞增殖、凋亡的无显著差异;胚胎中期、胚胎晚期肺与肠在上皮形态不一致,上皮细胞增殖、凋亡有显著差异(P<0.05)。胚胎各期肺与回肠、结肠上皮细胞功能蛋白无显著差异,而与空肠、直肠、膀胱存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肺与回肠、结肠在胚胎组织发生上存在时相上的同步性;"肺与大肠相表里"中的"大肠"大致可定位于"回肠、结肠";在胚胎早期可以为"肺"与"回肠、结肠"同源发生提供一定的依据;"肺与大肠相表里"肺肠相关虽主要是功能之间的相互联属,但可能与其原始的同源性相关。
Objective: To conduct a comparative study of human embryonic epithelial tissue morphology and cell multiplication and apoptosis in different development stages.Methods: Observed tissue form of lung and large intestines;flow cytometer checked cell multiplication and apoptosis;immunohistochemical detected the epithelial cell active substance.Results: In early stage,lung and intestinal epithelial tissue morphology was in consistent,epithelial cell proliferation and apoptosis showed no significant difference;during embryonic middle stage and the late embryonic stage,lung and intestinal epithelial tissue morphology was inconsistency,epithelial cell proliferation and apoptosis was significantly different(P0.05).The active protein substance of lung,ileum and colon epithelial cell had no significant difference in each stage,but had a significant difference(P0.05) with jejuna,rectum,bladder.Conclusion: During embryonic development,whether from the epithelial cell proliferation and apoptosis or cell expression of functional proteins,lung,colon and ileum were occurred in the presence of phase synchronization;the 'large intestine' can be roughly located in the 'ileum,colon';the early embryonic stage can provided certain basis for homogeny of 'lung' and 'the ileum,colon';the relevance of lung and large intestine is primarily a functional interaction,but may be related to its original homology.
