摘要
用组织学和组织化学的方法观察了BALB/c小鼠胚胎(Ed14)至成年十二指肠的发育分化过程。结果如下:1.Ed14~15,肠壁上皮细胞增殖并突向肠腔(原发腔),同时上皮内出现小腔隙(继发腔)。Ed16~17,上皮表面纹状缘逐渐明显,间充质向上皮基底面突入,继发腔与原发腔相通,形成原始绒毛。Ed19时,原始绒毛发育成指状绒毛。生后2周末,肠壁形态结构接近成年。2.生后1周末,可见潘氏细胞,所含颗粒较小;4周末时,颗粒大小似成年。3.杯状细胞出现于Ed16时。生后4周末,其数量和分布同成年相近。4.Ed15~17,许多酶相继出现阳性反应,生后4周末,酶活性接近成年水平。
The development and differentiation of BALB/c mouse duodenum from the 14th day of the embryo to adulthood have been studied by means of histological and histochemical methods. The results are as follows. 1 . During the 14-15th day of the embryo,the epithelial cells proliferate and protrude into the duodenal lumen (primary lumen) and the small vacuoles(secondary lumen) appear among the epithelial cells.During 16-17th day of the embryo,the striated border can be obviously seen on the surface of the epithelium.Meanwhile,the aggregates of mesenchyme invaginate the basal aspect of the epithelium,the secondary lumens fuse with the primary lumen and finally the primitive villi form.They develop and become finger-like villi by day 19 of the embryo. The morphological structure of duodenal wall approaches to those of adult by the 14th day after birth.2.Paneth cells that contain small granules can be seen in a few crypts by the 7th day after birth.The granules of Paneth cells in size are similar to those of mature Paneth cells by the 28th day after birth.3.Goblet cells are first seen on day 16 of the embryo,Both their number and the feature of distribution resemble those of the adult by the 28th day after birth.4.The activities of the enzymes successively appear during the 15-17th day of the embryo and then enhance gradually.They all reach the level of the adult by the 28th day after birth.
