摘要
红平菇原属热带、亚热带地区的一种食用菌,其适应性极强,能在粗放的条件下栽培,经济效益高,已受到许多研究者的关注。总结了适合在东北地区栽培红平菇的技术,包括一级种培养基的筛选、二级种和栽培种的制作与培养、栽培季节的选择以及出菇管理等。
Pleurotus djamor is a rare delicious edible fungus belonging to tropical and subtropical area, it has quite high adaptability, can grow very well in various coarse conditions, and its cultivation has a higher economical benefit. Thus Pleurotus djamor has been paled attentions by many researchers in China. This paper gives a summary of euhivative technique of Pleurotus djamor in northeast area of China including the screening of first class fungal medium, the making of second class fungus and euhivative fungus, and the choosing of the euhivation season and the management of producing mushroom.
