摘要
在筛选出纤维素酶高产菌株的基础上,对纤维素酶高产菌株ZJW-6采用单因素试验进行不同条件下的液体发酵培养,使用DNS法对发酵后的菌悬液进行酶活力测定从而获得其最优发酵条件。结果表明,菌株ZJW-6产纤维素酶的最优发酵条件是以蛋白胨+(NH4)2SO4为氮源培养基,在30℃、pH 6下振荡培养48 h。
The optimum fermentation conditions of high-yield cellulolytic enzymes strain ZJW-6 were studied in this paper. The strain was cultured under different liquid fermentation conditions and enzymes activity of bacteria suspension was deter- mined using DNS method. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions of ZJW-6 was as follows: peptone and (NH4)2SO4 as nitrogen source, shaking for 48h at 30℃ and pH 6.
