摘要
从 10 3份采自中国各地的土样中分离得到了 3 12株芽孢杆菌 ,用平板透圈法筛选到3株产几丁质酶菌株G1、G2和G3。经鉴定 ,G1为短芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusbrevis) ;G2为地衣芽孢杆菌 (Bacilluslicheniformis) ;G3为枯草芽孢杆菌 (Bacillussubtilis)。它们在几丁质平板上的透明圈直径以G1>G3 >G2为序 ,在以Schales’法测定壳聚糖酶活力时 ,其摇瓶发酵上清液的酶活力以G3 >G1>G2为序。
Three bacillus strains producing chitinase were screened from 312 bacillus strains isolated from soil by observation of clearing zones on chitin agar plates. According to the results of identification,G1 is Bacillus brevis ,G2 B.licheniformis and G3 B.subtilis .The descending order of diameters of clearing zones on chitin agar plates is G1>G3>G2.The descending order of chitosanase activities of shake flask culture supernatants of G1,G2 and G3 is G3>G1>G2 when determined with Schales'method. That Bacillus brevis produces chitinase and chitosanase is reported for the first time.
