摘要
师德建设是新形势下高校教师队伍建设的重要组成部分,对高等教育发展起着重要的推动作用。从校本培训的视角出发,紧密结合高等农业院校师德建设的实际,就如何充分发挥教师主体作用,构建卓有成效的师德建设形式两个方面展开论述,以期为推动高等农业院校师德建设提供参考和帮助。
Teachers＇ moral construction in colleges and universities under the new situation is an important component of the construction of teachers＇ team, which plays an important role in promoting the development of higher education. This paper, from the perspective of school-based training, combined with the actual construction of teachers＇ morality in higher agricultural universities, discusses how to give full play to teachers＇ subjective role and how to construct the teachers＇ morality in order to provide reference and help for the construction of teachers＇ morality in higher agricultural universities.
