摘要
高职院校"厂中校"党建工作,是学校育人工作的重要组成部分;是提升学生职业素养的有效途径。本文以我院服装设计专业师生在"厂中校"两年来的实践与探索,从党建必要性分析、党组织建设形式和育人功能等方面进行阐述。
The work of Party construction in Vocational colleges of ＂College in Factory＂, is an important part in the school education work and also an effective way to enhance professional attainments of students. In this paper, on the basis of the two-year practice and explorations in the ＂College in Factory＂ of our Fashion Design major, we will analyze the party building, party organizations and other aspects of building form and functions of educating people.
