油茶皂苷对高脂血症大鼠血管内皮细胞的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究油茶皂苷(SQS)对高脂血症大鼠血管内皮细胞的保护作用。方法 60只SD大鼠,随机分为SQS高、中、低剂量组、氯贝丁酯组、高脂模型组和正常组,建立大鼠高脂血症模型。连续给药14 d后检测大鼠血清血脂、氧化亚氮(NO)、氧化亚氮合酶(NOS)、血管内皮素(ET)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子(VCAM-1)水平。结果与高脂模型组比较,SQS可降低高脂血症大鼠血清三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、ET,升高NO、cNOS,有效维持NO/ET平衡,对HDL-C、iNOS影响不明显。结论 SQS能调整脂质代谢,抑制炎症反应,并能改善高脂血症大鼠血管内皮细胞功能。 Objective To determine the protective effects of sasanquasaponin(SQS) on endothelial cells in the experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, including SQS-treated group( high dosage, medium dosage and low dosage), Clofibrate-treated group, fatty liver model group, normal control group. The level of serum lipid, nitric oxide (NO) , nitric oxidesynthase (NOS), endothelin (ET), ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were measured. Results In comparing with normal control group,serum TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly decreased, but serum HDL-C was increased. In the successful formation of hyperlipidemia model. In comparing with fatty liver model group, serum TC, TG, LDL-C,ICAM-1, VCAM-1, ET were significantly decreased, The level of NO, eNOS were significantly increased and NO/ET was keep balance. At the same time, the level of HDL-C, iNOS was not increase. Conclusion The results indicate that SQS can modulate lipid metabolism, inhibit Inflammatory response, keep the balance of NO/ET thus might protect vascular endothelial cells.
