摘要
血管内皮细胞不仅是一个机械屏障,而且是人体最大的内分泌器官。血管内皮细胞的损伤是多种血管疾病发生发展的基础。近年来对血管内皮细胞的研究使人们对血管病变的发生发展有了更深入的认识,因此对血管内皮细胞功能的保护也成为了血管病变研究领域的焦点。大量研究显示中药在保护、减轻和逆转血管内皮功能方面起着重要的作用。
The vascular endothelial ceils are not only a mechanical barrier of the blood vessel but also an endocrine organ. The damages of vascular endothelial ceils are the basis of many kinds of vascular diseases. The study of vascular endothelial cells made that we have a deeper reognization to the vascular diseases. Therefore,it becomes the focus in the area of the vascular disease study. Lots of researches have shown that the Traditional Chinese Medicine may play an important part in protecting, alleviating and reversing the function of vascular endothelial ceils.
